I was banned for a week for posting my telegram contact in a private message I sent to someone. I had no idea it was illegal. I see that some people are able to post their telegram contacts on their posts. Does it mean I can also do the same? Instead of putting my contact in PM's, I can open a new topic, advertise what I do and also add my telegram contact??
