hello, i am new to this. i'm following the bcw escrow instructions and it says to open an account with blockchain.info and then to open an account with localbitcoins.com to buy bitcoin but blockchain allows me to buy bitcoin too. can i buy thru blockchain.info only and then transfer funds to the escrow?

Open Bitcoins Wallet on https://blockchain.info/wallet/new and then you need to buy Bitcoins from exchangers...
You can use localbitcoins Exchange service go here == > https://localbitcoins.com signup your account
Then Click on Buy Bitcoins : https://localbitcoins.com/buy_bitcoins

There is no limit to what type of wallet to deposit in the escrow system.
You can do it from all kinds of bitcoin wallets.
