If it's carding, you have to be stealth. Most victims use windows and changing the OS is likely to Tigger a high fraud level. In carding windows becomes the best.

From my experiance, i'd say TailsOS is a good option for usb booting, that or linux kodachi. Kali linux is a good base OS to use on a computer and, if you know what you're doing, ChromeOS can be a useful OS. I wish to soon try QubesOS as i've heard incredible things about it.
