How quickly can i get 2K?

I really need 2k to pay my rent but i'm not sure who to buy ccs from without being scammed. Is it even likely that i can get 2k just by having $70 to my name right now. I really don't what would be the method for me to even do. I do have all the tools you need for carding and i've been doing alot of research but im running out of time lol. If someone can explain to me these things:

1. Where can i find a verified vendor to buy at?

2. Can i even use carding method to take money out and pay for my rent? (i believe i did research on this but im not sure so just tryna get confirmation)

3. If you are a good scammer can you just do it for me ;-; if its even possible with the amount of money i have. and i pay you back when i learn ( gotta try everything i can ;-; )
