Is there a general guide somewhere that gives you all the basic instructions on what you need to have on your computer set up, what malware/software you need to buy, how to tackle the area problem (carn being used in the area where its from so it wont shut down) and just basics steps everyone has to take before you can even dream about carding sately.

Carding requires a lot of dedication, a lot of reading and a lot of experience. You constantly have to keep up with things because this is a very dynamic field.
