heyyo, im new to tor

Hi everyone, as you can see, im new to tor and I find myself running into things like hacking, carding( i've never heard of until now), and selling of items like cards and paypal accounts, all of witch I am confused and/or uneducated about, how does it work that I could pay $100 for a $6000 card or account!?
