I will briefly describe the situation, that I bought a proxy, and set it up, checked on whoer, showed that the proxy is connected, and showed not my IP, but when I went to Paypal/Skrill I was just not allowed to these sites. What does this mean? How to deal with it? What could it be?
What could it be? And what can I do next time to prevent the same thing from happening?
