Fullz is full information about a person, what you need to know to impersonate a person to commit fraud or basicly steal their identity to pose as them.

there you have free fullz from a nice person on this forum, they might be useless now depending on how fast people used them but if they dont have a bank account in the bank your trying to open you will maybe succeed, but best is to buy not used ones and often you can choose high credit score people so you could get a bigger loan or higher limit credit card in their name. anyway pm for questions this will be to long,

It depends,if that bank "with lower verification" can use OPSEC,I think.
What does it mean anyway,lower verification?I think,here in Czechia
doesn't exists bank with lw.I found this site on Grams explorer...if you
mind.
