Easy. For windows chrome. Navigate settings, advanced, followed by proxy settings. Click the manual proxy and and put your proxy details which includes the proxy port. Check at whoer to ensure its working.

For 911, disable your firewall, install the program. Copy your browser shortcut to 911 and check the validity of your ip. There u go. Don't forget to use stealth mode, LoL
