How to check if a card is VBV or non-VBV ?

Hi, I bought a French CC which was supposedly non-VBV but when I tried to make the purchase, I had the 3D Secure verification
I would like to know the best method, to check if a card is VBV or non-VBV? Also what is the best place you have tried to buy good non-VBV cards?

You can use bots on Telegram to check whether it is VBV or non-VBV, but I do not recommend it because most of these checkers kill the CCs.

When you want to buy non-VBV CCs, it is better to have an up-to-date list of the BINs from the country you want; there are certain individuals who sell such lists for $50 USD.
