EBAY METHOD

Ebay Method So you require money. Buy the item you want on eBay and then when it has delivered to you in your arms. Then just message the seller and tell him that you didn't receive the item. And get a refund. Quite easy right

What if the seller checks the tracking number provided by the shipping company and finds out it was released and signed?
