I'll show ya how to get a refund from Nike or Adidas in this here method. Might be old news for some, but could be gold for newbies.
1. Got a Nike/Adidas account, even better if ya got a purchase history, but not needed.
2. Browse the site/app and act like a regular bloke, add the items to your cart (STAY UNDER 300$) for best odds.
3. Go ahead and use your real info at checkout, no need for fake stuff, just act like a normal customer.
4. Wait for the parcel and when ya open the door, the worker might take a pic of the package, make sure it's on the floor in front of the door, unverifiable. If needed, sign something short like 'James' with NO connection to you.
5. Once you got the parcel, wait an hour and then hit up the app/site chat, say you got an email saying it was delivered but nothin' arrived. Now's where the spinning comes in, stick to your story, be a confused but not too happy customer (keep it respectful, they're only doing their job).
6. Sometimes they'll give ya a refund spot on, other times they'll start an inves' into the lost parcel. Just wait for the email, it's all normal. After 3-7 bus days, you'll get another email on the refund. Always take the refund, not the replacement.
7. Keep playing the role of a regular punter, if you don't get the refund after the investigation, return the stuff to a store near you or start a new chat and make up a story, probs with neighbours or family (hide it for laughs). Say sorry and wrap it up. Wait a day or two and return stuff cause it's too small or big.
8. Stay with your story, don't complicate it, and treat the chat person with respect.
9. If it ain't goin' well, end the chat, open a new one, say your phone died, and try again. Mate, it's all about the social engineerin' and keepin' it simple.
Remember, don't ***** the trick, keep it one order each month, or if ya don't, get crackin' as many times as ya can but in different locations, with your mates, and so on.
