Why did you talked to Him via Télégram? The forum can't help you because you did not the transaction or having a discussion there. Ther is no amount for use thé Escrow service. If you don't trustthe seller use it.

Don't do transaction out of BCW escrow system. Why did you even consider the option of dealing outside?
