Which Countries for Western Union No ID

Hello everyone, I know in certain countries, Western Union requires ID for cash pick up. Do you know which countries where the option for no ID pick up by receiver is available?

In my country, ID is not a necessity as long as you know the sender's name and MTCN. However, this works for small amounts. A large amount triggers suspicion and ID becomes a necessity.

In my country, with fake name i can get cash out.So if you are many transaction on western union we can deal togather.
The transaction just be true.
