HELP WITH ATM CASHOUT ( CHIP ERROR )
So i bought dump with pin here (only mag strip card) and i wrote it on blanks that came with msr (they dont have built in chip) when i go to atm it says CHIP ERROR. Do i need special cards or what is the problem pls help me
